Política de cancelación

All Luma Social experiences are hosted exclusively at the client's private residence or selected venue. Prior to confirming a reservation, clients must ensure that the venue meets the minimum operational requirements necessary to deliver the experience, including access to a functional kitchen or food preparation area, adequate space for service and guest activities, utilities when required, and safe access for staff and equipment. Luma Social reserves the right to request photos, videos, or additional venue information before confirming a booking. The client is solely responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable for the selected experience. A 50% deposit of the total quoted amount is required to secure the reservation. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. Dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests must be communicated at least seven (7) days prior to the event date. Cancellations made fifteen (15) days or more prior to the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit, less a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made fourteen (14) days or less prior to the event date will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit. Guest count reductions must be communicated at least seven (7) days before the event and may not be accepted after this deadline. No-shows or same-day cancellations will result in a charge of 100% of the quoted amount. Requests to change the event date are subject to availability. Additional services, venue changes, or client-requested modifications may result in revised pricing. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events, Luma Social reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel services as necessary. Alternative arrangements will be discussed whenever possible. Payment of the deposit constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
